We hand make each piece to order in our Broughshane studio and aim to have your bracelet made and shipped within four working days.
Please note we unfortunately do NOT have access to beads with accents.
We are proud to offer inclusive sizing and can make you a perfect piece even if you normally struggle to find bracelets that fit.
Our bracelets are designed to be worn snug.
When fitted correctly they will touch the wrist all the way around, but won't be tight or uncomfortable.

Can we help?
How do I know what size to order?
We know, it’s not easy to guess someone’s wrist size - believe us we try to do it all the time.
It’s best to measure with a soft tape measure or a piece of string (measure the string with a ruler after wrapping around your wrist).
The good news is we can exchange or re make your bracelet if the size isn’t perfect.
What does gold filled mean?
A thick layer of gold is mechanically bonded to a base metal.
This must be a minimum of 5% of the jewellery's total weight.
This is different to gold plating which is when a thin layer of gold is essentially painted on.
Gold- filled jewellery is suitable for people with nickel allergies and sensitive skin and won't tarnish over time.
With the right care, gold filled jewellery can last a lifetime.
I ordered the wrong size - what now?
We are happy to exchange non-personalised items for another size, colour or style as long as they are unworn - there is no time limit on this.
Personalised bracelets can be remade for a small fee of £5.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely!
We can ship gifts straight to the recipient as we do not include paper receipts in our parcels.
We can also hand write a message to add into the package.

Packaging
We use plastic-free packaging.
Every order comes in a grey drawstring pouch with branded tissue.
Our branding is on the inside of the parcel so we won't ruin the surprise.

This is the second personalised bracelet I’ve got from Ivy & Gold. The first I got was silver, it’s 2.5 years old, I wear it 24/7, in the shower, on holidays with sun creams, in the pool etc. it hasn’t tarnished one bit. I recently had another baby so ordered one in gold & am very pleased. Although my silver one has black beads and I ordered white for the gold one, I’m not sure if I should have gone for the black beads again, this is a personal preference thing though. They are both lovely. I also got a Katherine bracelet which is lovely!
