How do I know what size to order?
We know, it’s not easy to guess someone’s wrist size - believe us we try to do it all the time.
It’s best to measure with a soft tape measure or a piece of string (measure the string with a ruler after wrapping around your wrist).
The good news is we can exchange or re make your bracelet if the size isn’t perfect.
What does 'Gold Filled' mean?
A thick layer of gold is mechanically bonded to a base metal.
This must be a minimum of 5% of the jewellery's total weight.
This is different to gold plating which is when a thin layer of gold is essentially painted on.
Gold- filled jewellery is suitable for people with nickel allergies and sensitive skin and won't tarnish over time.
With the right care, gold filled jewellery can last a lifetime.
I ordered the wrong size - what now?
We are happy to exchange non-personalised items for another size, colour or style as long as they are unworn - there is no time limit on this.
Personalised bracelets can be remade for a small fee of £5.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely!
We can ship gifts straight to the recipient as we do not include paper receipts in our parcels.
We can also hand write a message to add into the package - just leave a note at the checkout.
Shipping
Non-personalised
Non-personalised items are shipped daily from our Broughshane store.
Personalised
Personalised items are handmade to order and usually shipped within four days.
Add 'skip the queue' fee if you need your personalised bracelet ASAP.
Packaging
We use plastic-free packaging.
Every order comes in a grey drawstring pouch with branded tissue.
Our branding is on the inside of the parcel so we won't ruin the surprise and we don't include paper receipts either.
